Epworth Richmond is the flagship hospital of Epworth HealthCare, a not-for-profit private hospital group. Located on Bridge Road, it is one of Melbourne’s major private hospitals, with a large range of surgical and medical specialties, cancer care and rehabilitation.
Peninsula patients are often referred to Epworth Richmond because a particular surgeon or specialist operates there. That can mean a pre-admission visit, an early admission, a hospital stay and a series of follow-ups.
