Crittenden Estate is a family winery on Harrisons Road in the Dromana hinterland, run by the Crittenden family. It produces a range of cool-climate wines alongside Italian and Spanish varieties, and its cellar door and dining area sit beside a lake surrounded by vines.
Visitors book us to reach Crittenden for tastings, lunches and private events. Because it is a short drive from both Dromana and Red Hill, it is easy to include in a wider wine-touring day. Guests staying in Safety Beach, Mount Martha and Mornington often use us for the return trip so they can relax and enjoy the wines. The range runs from familiar pinot noir and chardonnay to less common European grapes, which makes it a good stop for curious tasters. With so many styles on offer, a taxi means nobody has to sit the tasting out, and we can continue on to Red Hill or Moorooduc afterwards.
For passengers with a wheelchair, our accessible van carries one chair plus four seated passengers, and the Maxi WAT carries two chairs plus six. Chairs are held with four-point restraints, and every passenger has a lap-sash seatbelt. NDIS participants and MPTP cardholders can book these trips in the usual way.
