Crown Towers is the luxury hotel at the Crown Melbourne complex on the Southbank side of the Yarra. The precinct includes restaurants, bars, a casino and event spaces, and it is close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and the city’s arts precinct.
Peninsula and Frankston residents often book us for a city night away, a milestone dinner or a show, avoiding the drive up the freeway and the cost of city parking. We also take hotel guests to Melbourne Airport and to the peninsula’s wineries and hot springs for day trips from the city. Some customers book us to Crown for a show or concert at one of the Southbank venues, then stay the night rather than face the late trip home. Others use the hotel as a base before an early flight. One booking can cover the trip up and the trip home a day or two later.
For guests with mobility needs, our wheelchair accessible van and Maxi WAT both travel to Melbourne. The Maxi WAT carries two wheelchairs plus six seated passengers, which suits family groups heading to a celebration. Fixed quotes are available on request for longer trips like this.
