The Melbourne Cricket Ground is Australia’s best-known sporting stadium, set in Yarra Park on the edge of the city. It hosts AFL matches including the Grand Final, the Boxing Day Test and major concerts, drawing huge crowds throughout the year.
Peninsula and Frankston fans book us so they can enjoy the game without the drive home or the hunt for a car park. We also carry families with older relatives and wheelchair users who want door-to-door help rather than crowded trains. Big games often mean road closures and heavy traffic, so we plan drop-off and pick-up points with you in advance. Some fans prefer to be dropped off and walk the last stretch through Yarra Park, while others need to be as close to their gate as possible. Tell us what suits your group and we will work around event-day conditions.
Our wheelchair accessible van and Maxi WAT both have four-point restraints and air-conditioning. The Maxi WAT carries two wheelchairs plus six seated passengers, ideal for families and groups. Fixed quotes are available on request for the trip to the city and back.

Road closures and crowds change on event days, so we will agree a pick-up point with you when booking, usually a short walk from the stadium away from the heaviest traffic. We will call if we need to change it on the night.
Can you bring a wheelchair user from the peninsula to the MCG?
Yes. Book our accessible van or Maxi WAT, and tell us about the chair and your gate. The driver will help you to the drop-off point and secure the chair with four-point restraints. Ask the MCG about accessible seating. Carers travel with you.
