Tips from our drivers for Peppers Moonah Links Resort
- The resort is close to Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs, which makes for an easy short taxi hop.
- Mention golf bags when you book so the vehicle has room for them.
- Summer and school holidays are busy around Fingal and Rye; book your return trip early.
Peppers Moonah Links Resort is a hotel set within the Moonah Links golf estate at Fingal, among the sand dunes and coastal scrub between Rye and Cape Schanck. Golfers come for the two championship courses on site, while other guests use it as a quiet base for the hot springs, the back beaches and the wineries further east.
We regularly take guests between the resort and Melbourne Airport, Frankston station or homes across the south-east. The resort is also a short ride from both thermal bathing venues in Fingal, so we often run guests over for a morning soak and back for lunch. Conference groups and golf days book several cars at a time. Families staying over the school holidays use us for trips to the back beaches at Gunnamatta and St Andrews, and into Rye for supplies.
If you travel with a wheelchair, our accessible van has a rear ramp and room for four other passengers, and the Maxi WAT carries up to two wheelchairs plus six seated passengers with a hydraulic hoist. Booking ahead is wise in summer, when taxis on the southern peninsula are in high demand.

Questions about taxis to Peppers Moonah Links Resort
Can you take us from Peppers Moonah Links to Peninsula Hot Springs?
Yes, it is one of our most common short trips from the resort. Book a drop-off time that suits your bathing session and a return time for when you expect to finish. If you are not sure how long you will stay, ask about calling us when ready, though a set time is more reliable on busy weekends.
Do you have vehicles big enough for a golf group?
Our Maxi WAT carries up to eight seated passengers, or fewer with wheelchairs on board, and sedans suit smaller groups. Tell us how many players and golf bags you have when booking, and we will suggest the best combination of vehicles so clubs and passengers fit comfortably.
Where will you drop me off at Peppers Moonah Links Resort?
Pick-ups are from the front of reception. If you are staying in a room block further from the entrance, tell us and we will meet you as close as the driveway allows.
Can you wait or pick me up after my appointment at Peppers Moonah Links Resort?
Yes. Book a return trip with an approximate time, then call or text us when you are ready. Appointments often run late, so we keep return pick-ups flexible.
Is there step-free access at Peppers Moonah Links Resort?
We drop you at the resort’s main reception entrance; golfers heading to the clubhouse can ask to be taken there instead.
Can I travel in my power wheelchair or scooter?
Yes. Most manual and power wheelchairs fit, and you stay seated in your chair. Tell us the make, width and weight when you book so we send the right vehicle. Mobility scooters can travel when they can be safely restrained — please check with us first.
Can a carer or family member come too?
Yes. Carers, family and assistance animals are welcome. Include everyone in the passenger count so we send a vehicle with enough seats.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver by card or cash, use your Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) card, or choose "Account / invoice" for NDIS plan managers, aged-care providers and businesses.
