Stonier is one of the established names of the Mornington Peninsula wine region, based at Merricks in the gentler country towards Western Port. It is known for chardonnay and pinot noir, and its cellar door gives visitors a chance to taste across the range.
Wine lovers book us to visit Stonier as part of a Merricks and Red Hill tour, often combining it with Pt. Leo Estate for lunch. The Merricks area is rural and spread out, so a taxi saves your group from choosing a sober driver and finding the way between wineries. Wine clubs and work groups sometimes plan a tasting at Stonier as part of a day out on the eastern side of the peninsula. If your group is coming from the city, we can collect you from home or a hotel and arrange the trip back, so nobody needs to drive after a day of tastings.
For passengers using wheelchairs, the accessible van carries one chair and four seated passengers, while the Maxi WAT carries two chairs and six seated. Drivers help from your door to the cellar door, and carers travel along. NDIS and aged-care accounts are accepted.

Yes. Both are in Merricks, a short drive apart, and many people visit them on the same day. Tell us the order you want to visit, along with any lunch booking, and we will arrange each leg so you are collected on time.
Do I need to check Stonier’s opening hours before booking?
Yes, please check directly with the winery, as cellar door hours can change and we do not keep track of them. Once you know when it is open, book your drop-off and return with us to fit. A set return time works best in rural Merricks.
