The Bays Hospital is a not-for-profit private hospital in Mornington, owned by the local community. It has a long history on the Peninsula and offers surgery, day procedures, maternity care and specialist consulting, making it a familiar name for many families in Mornington, Mount Martha and the surrounding towns.
Patients come from across the Peninsula for planned procedures and specialist appointments. A large share of trips are day surgery, where you are told not to drive after an anaesthetic and need someone to get you home safely. Others are new parents heading home with a baby, or older patients attending regular consultations. Yes. We run 24 hours a day, so early admissions are no problem. Book the night before at the latest, enter the time you need to be at the hospital, and you will receive a confirmation by SMS or email. Leave a small buffer for checking in at reception.
