The Langham Melbourne is a luxury hotel on the Southbank promenade overlooking the Yarra River and the city skyline. It is close to Southgate’s restaurants and the Arts Centre Melbourne precinct, making it a popular base for theatre trips, concerts and special occasions.
Peninsula and Frankston residents book us to reach the hotel for a weekend away, an anniversary dinner or a pre-show stay. We also handle Melbourne Airport transfers with flight tracking, and return trips back down the peninsula at the end of a stay. Southbank is handy for Crown, the Arts Centre and the riverside restaurants, so many guests book a single trip up and walk everywhere during their stay. When it is time to leave, we collect you from the hotel entrance and take you straight back to the peninsula or Frankston.
Our wheelchair accessible van has a rear ramp and room for one wheelchair plus four seated passengers, and the Maxi WAT has a hydraulic hoist for heavier power chairs. Both have four-point restraints and air-conditioning. Carers travel with the passenger, and fixed quotes are available on request.
