Jackalope Hotel is a boutique design hotel set among the vines of Willow Creek Vineyard in Merricks North, in the hills between Red Hill and Balnarring. It draws guests for its architecture, its dining and its quiet rural setting, and it is a regular choice for special-occasion stays and celebrations.
Because it sits on a country road with no public transport close by, a taxi is the simplest way in and out. We take guests from Melbourne Airport and Frankston station, run diners from Mornington and Mount Martha out for a long dinner, and bring them home afterwards. Couples staying the night often book us to explore nearby cellar doors in Red Hill and Merricks the next day.
