Frankston is the busiest part of our service area, and our drivers know its streets well. Can I book a taxi home after being discharged from Frankston Hospital?
Yes. Choose the pick up when ready option when you book, and once staff say you can leave, tap I'm ready or call us. We send the nearest suitable car, including a wheelchair accessible vehicle if needed. The driver meets you at the hospital entrance and can help with bags and getting settled at home.
How do I get from Frankston to Melbourne Airport early in the morning?
Book the night before and give us your flight time so we can plan the pick-up with plenty of margin. Early morning traffic is usually lighter, but we still allow for roadworks and freeway closures. For return trips, add your flight number and we track your arrival so the driver adjusts to delays.
Do you pick up from Frankston station for people coming off the train?
Yes, many passengers use us to finish a journey that started on the Frankston line or the Stony Point line. Tell us which side of the station you will exit and roughly when your train arrives. If you are travelling with a wheelchair, our ramp van or Maxi WAT can meet you at the station.
