Capel Sound (the area many people still call Rosebud West) sits on the bay between Rosebud and Tootgarook, and Taxi Peninsula covers it at any hour of the day or night. We send a sedan for quick runs to the shops or a friend’s place, and a wheelchair accessible van or Maxi WAT when a passenger needs to stay seated in their chair. Most of Capel Sound is quiet residential streets running back from Point Nepean Road, with the foreshore reserve on the bay side filling up with campers and day-trippers every summer.
