Mornington is one of the Peninsula’s main towns, and Taxi Peninsula serves it at every hour of the day and night. The Moorooduc Highway and Peninsula Link carry most traffic towards Frankston and Melbourne, while the Nepean Highway runs along the coast to Mount Martha. Race days at Mornington Racecourse add traffic around the track. Much of the back of town is residential, with quieter streets that suit pick-ups and wheelchair loading.

Yes. Tell us your admission time when booking and we will plan the pick-up so you arrive with time to spare. For the trip home, use the pick up when ready option and tap I'm ready or call us once you are discharged. The driver can help you from the entrance to the car and into your home.
Do you run taxis to and from Mornington Racecourse on race days?
We do. Race days are busy, so book both legs in advance and agree a pick-up point away from the main gate queue. Groups can share our Maxi WAT, which seats six plus two wheelchair spaces. If your plans might change, keep your booking confirmation handy and call us to adjust the time.
How do I get from Mornington to the city without a car?
There is no train in Mornington, so most people take a taxi to Frankston station and continue on the Frankston line, or travel all the way into Melbourne by taxi. For hospital appointments in the city, a door-to-door trip often suits better. We can quote a fixed fare for a direct trip if you ask when booking.
